The focus is on building confidence and discovering their unique creative voices.
Age Group B (11–13): The Identity & Collaboration Model
Pre-teens are developing a strong sense of self and peer identity. They crave validation,
community awareness, and a voice in their immediate environment.
Age Group C (14–16): The Executive & Economic Freedom Model
Teens are ready for high-level accountability, critical thinking, and the foundational tools of economic independence. They want to see a direct line between their talent and financial or social freedom.
